This Privacy Policy explains what information MW Realty Investments, Inc. ("MW Realty," "we," "us") collects when you use our website and the MW Realty Intelligence Platform (together, the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to a minimum: the Site has no user accounts, no advertising, and no analytics trackers.
Information We Collect
Information you send us. If you contact us by email, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message.
Technical information. Like most websites, the servers that host the Site automatically process basic request data, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request, in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
The Site does not use forms to collect personal information, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.
Information Stored on Your Device
The Deal Scorecard saves the deal assumptions you enter in your browser’s local storage so your work is not lost when the page reloads. This information stays on your device; it is not sent to us or to anyone else. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
How We Use Information
- to respond to your inquiries and communicate about potential investment or partnership opportunities;
- to operate, secure, and maintain the Site;
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Third-Party Services
We use a small number of service providers to run the Site. When your browser loads a page, it connects directly to these providers, which may receive your IP address and browser details under their own privacy policies:
- Netlify, which hosts the Site;
- Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces used on the Site;
- Unsplash, which serves a background image on the home page.
How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers acting on our behalf, when required by law or legal process, to protect the rights and safety of MW Realty or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Data Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records, and otherwise only as long as required for the purposes described in this policy or by law.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, and the Site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
